Cancellation Policy – MSR Drop Taxi

At MSR Drop Taxi, we aim to provide reliable and timely taxi services. We understand that plans may change, so we’ve established a fair cancellation policy to balance customer convenience and driver compensation.

1. Cancellation by Customer

For Immediate Bookings (On-Demand):

• Cancellations made within 5 minutes of booking are free.
• Cancellations after 5 minutes may incur a cancellation fee of ₹[Amount].

For Scheduled Rides (Advance Bookings):

• Cancellations made more than 1 hour before pickup are free.
• Cancellations made within 1 hour may incur a fee of ₹[Amount or Percentage].

For Outstation/Intercity Bookings:

• Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance are free.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of up to 50% of the estimated fare.

2. Cancellation by Driver or Service

In rare situations where a driver or MSR Drop Taxi must cancel a ride (due to vehicle issues, safety, or unforeseen circumstances), we will:

• Attempt to reassign another driver
• Notify you immediately
• Offer full refunds if applicable

3. No-Show Policy

If the driver reaches the pickup location and:

• You are not available after 10 minutes of the scheduled time
• You do not respond to calls or messages

Then the trip may be marked as a "No-Show" and a cancellation/no-show fee may apply.

4. Refunds

Any applicable refunds for prepaid trips will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
