1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
• Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation via call/SMS/email.
• Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability.

2. Tariff and Payment

• Fare is calculated based on the distance, vehicle type, and applicable charges.
• Toll, parking, and state taxes are extra and borne by the customer.
• Advance payment may be required for certain routes or during peak hours.

3. Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellation within 2 hours of scheduled pickup will incur cancellation charges.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

4. Responsibilities of Passengers

• Passengers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
• MSR Drop Taxi is not responsible for any loss of baggage or personal belongings.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

5. Liability

• We strive to provide timely service, but delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
• MSR Drop Taxi is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services.

6. Modification of Terms

MSR Drop Taxi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
